Our worker said that they have to come back where they can see us together as a whole family. Then that should close the case. With Alexis spending the time in the hospital she said to get her well then we will deal with the case. Yeah she can say that cause it isnt her with a case hanging over their head.

Hubby's co-workers -- he works with a lot of single (partying) men, or men who are going through awful divorces. It's really sad. They actually look up to him, though. They tell him he's the last of a dying breed -- a man who works hard to take care of his family and loves his wife and kids and God. He tells them he's no superhero -- just doing what any responsible man should do.

CPS. We're still under investigation from when she reported us last month. Or at least we haven't heard that it is closed.

Donna I think you should log everything he eats this weekend. Doesn't hurt to be prepared. I don't think its paranoid at all.

I agree log it all. I would also keep track of what time he eats everything and anytime he asks for food and you say "no" You know, when they ask for a snack 45 mins before dinner.

That makes me sick to hear that, Donna! It makes me mad when I see people using children to "get back at" or to get what they want. Revenge is soooo pointless especially in this case because the only person it will hurt in the end (when the truth is revealed and CPS gets off your back) is the children. When I was growing up, my parents (not together) always at least pretended to like eachother. It was best for me. That's what good parents do, they do what's best for the kids, not what's worse for the other parent. Have you ever tried writing Nick's mom and just telling it to her straight...that in th end it doesn't hurt you, it hurts the children? Cause somebody needs to open up a can of shut the heck up on her.
