My first language is Danish (also Norwegian, which is really a dialect of Danish, so I don't count that), my second is German, and my third is Italian. My fifth is Swedish, my sixth is French, and my seventh is Latin!

Somewhat off topic, but I AM IMPRESSED. I'm still trying to get the basics in Spanish .
I'm glad you are getting serious about God and His Word. You are gifted in languages..and now you can have the joy of knowing that even that gift is from God. I wish you and your family well.
Congrats and welcome to God's family. I would suggest you first find a church you are comfortable with and start getting involved in Bible studys, couple's groups, small groups. That will help you and your family a lot. You need to find some elders to help guide you in your new life now and cannot do it alone.
Couples groups/small groups are a gateway to your wife and children learning more about God and his plans for your marriage.
As to the person who gave the excellent advice about my wife and I working together, spending money, etc. The truth is, we each own our own company, and we don't actually have to work at all if we do not wish to, although we both do, so we help each other with our work.
We are leaving Denmark soon for the USA and will look for a church with elders as people have suggested who can give godly advice! We will be living in New York so it should be easy to find a church I should think.
