A car door - so if it gets hot I can open the window.
A luminous (phosphorescent) sundial - so I can tell the time at night.
A skeleton - in case I had no body to talk to.

When you say deserted island, I immediately think of survival. If survival is the scene:
(1) my girl.
(2) a Bible.
(3) a multi tool.
Now, if its all sybaritic:
(1) my girl.
(2) the sound of the ocean.
(3) the sunset.

LOL. you guys will starve to death while reading your Bibles and swimming. How about
fishing equipment
a still to get fresh water from salt water
a fire starter gizmo or lots of matches (don't like sushi)

well if you memorize the Bible that opens up an option so you can add the packed fishing tackle box or something.
