I'm really looking forward to tonights meal.. crock pot pork roast, with mashed potatoes and corn. I'm going to buy the gravy... LOL!
Confetti cake with chocolate icing for dessert! YUM!!
Coffee for the grown ups
Apple juice for the kiddies

I made soup with some leftovers and it turned out really yummy. Had italian sausage, rice, kale and perhaps some other things. Also tried a new brussel sprout recipe that was yummy---blanched them, then sauted in butter with s&p, then added lemon juice, capers and topped with parmesan cheese.

I love brussel sprouts, but my family does not share my enthusiasm. I like them steamed and served with a little butter and salt. Yum.
