Replacing coffee with tea can be a VERY good thing.

Oh wait ... you require coffee for survival at w**k ... you are exempted from that comment.

Thank you.

Thanks Karaboo! I think Cindy has enough stress in her life that banning her from coffee would be cruel and unusual punishment, lol.

I'm really cutting down on my coffee intake

That can NOT be a good thing.

My trainer made me. He said I could have one cup in the a.m., and then no more. He said the caffeine makes me hungry. And I can't fudge, because he makes me keep a food/drink journal. Which reminds me, I better go write down that diet coke I had at lunch. I did today's food journal but I forgot that. I'm only supposed to have a diet coke about once every two weeks, but I had to have one with my low--fat, low-cal homemade cheeseburger today. Yes, it really was..meat patty cooked on George Foreman grill, parmesan cheese (that's about the lowest cal. cheese you can find), whole wheat toast (just one slice), mustard, and lettuce. And my side was a salad. I had it here at the house even though I said "my side was a salad."

That's an understatement.

I'm the opposite ... the more caffeine I have, the less I eat. I don't know why, but that's just how my body functions at this point in time.

Tim Horton's has a new blueberry white tea and I tried it yesterday ... yummy!!!

I don't know if I'd do the blueberry creamer in my tea, as I prefer milk to cream for that ...

Okay ... totally other subject .... anyone else sick of those ShamWow commercials??? They've been playing at every break all day!!!!!!

I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't watch much tv.

Sounds like you need to go make tea while the commercials are on.

I don't have a TV so am spared that stuff.

When I was a the store today I looked for a new (to me) tea--but there were so many to choose from I ended up leaving without tea. Now I am mad at myself--I should have closed my eyes and just picked one at random.

Methinks I need to make a cup of blueberry tea ... the nice thing about Tim Horton's is that when you order a tea and you ask for it to be made with the bag in the cup, they give you a second, unopened bag as well, in case you'd like it stronger. I save those for evenings like this ... sitting around trying to get some computer work done while fighting a migraine.

You are coming to FOT??!! Cool! I missed it last year because I didn't have a working car, but I am coming this year if I have to ride the horse! Yes, there is water, and I'm sure Ellie can get it to boil.

I saw some yummy looking teas at Wal-Mart tonight! There was a blueberry, white tea with blueberry and pomegranet, citrus, cranberry. I didn't buy any though because I have plenty here at home. Although if I could've I would've!

oooohhhh ... was it Celestial Seasonings? If so, I need to make a trip to Walmart .. soon!!!

Tonight I'm sipping on a cup of cranberry-tangerine, and trying to ward off a migraine. Our weather has been really weird as of late, and I'm a barometre baby ... which means whenever the atmospheric pressure changes, I get really sick with a migraine.

Some were Celestial Seasonings, others were actually Lipton brand.

We went to the Amish store we like to frequent, and Ashley got a few tea samplers - you know, the ones with 1 bag of several diffreent flavors? Some of them sound pretty good. I may even have to drink some, although we are a bit low on honey, which is what I prefer to put in my tea.
