I thank you for this country, I love this country dearly and still Lord, feel such a tug on my heart every time I hear the national anthem and think of those who came before me. Father, I am in agreement with CindySc's prayer.
As Aliosias also said, revival needs to start in the church among God's Own People and in the hearts of pastors and leaders.
Lord, YOU know what this nation and Your people need in order to experience true revival. Please let it be so.
Forgive me for my sins and failures and revive my heart and spirit, O Lord!

The election is over with and done now, but america still needs revival.. I truly beilive we are living in the last days and that our heavenly father could come back any second now! I cannot speak for you, but I'm ready to go. But I worried for those who aren't saved! And some of us are not doing what we were meant to do as christians, that is witnessing, telling peolpe what God's done for us! It is like some of us are ashamed. The word says if you are ashamed of me.. then I will be ashamed of you in heaven. I encourage you as a sister in the Lord to do what we have to do to start winning souls for our Father, lets make him proud of us! Lets get a great big revival started around this world, nation to nation... wow that would be so awesome!!!!!

Lord Father God, Put it in our heart to come together as a nation to have one great big revival and lead lost souls to you. Let us put on the armour of God and do what you sent us here to do and take it seriously cause we know this is a spiritual war we all are in.. and you have given us the tools to work with! Let your will be done and let us stand up for you now and protect us from being hindered by the powers of darkness and wickedness in high places. I ask and pray in your name amen.

Father, I don't even know what to say. Please help our beautiful nation. Please convict the leaders with unGodly ideas and agendas.

Please become our true Lord of everyone's heart again.

America needs you and about 1/2 of us are with you, and 1/2 of us are not. No amount of covering up a thornbush and calling it a rose, actually makes it a rose.

Your Truth has not changed. It is Your Truth, the author of our lives and all creation.

We used to be champions of human rights, love, kindness.....

I am apalled at some of our stances right now and there seems to be a huge snowball picking up speed. Abortion, lack of human rights....what next?

It seems like this thread is about american political problems, yes there are many problems. Mainly people who are trying to use politics in order to get something from the government on someone else's expense, I believe this is theft even if it isn't criminal according to law made by man. Voting for "change" is just too convenient, it seems almost like you get something for free. I've heard that there is still debtor's prison in america and often people are being held for debt that they shouldn't owe in the first place. This should be changed.
