Lord,
I pray for deep cleansing, genuine repentance, and spiritual power to engulf pastors.
I ask that you bestow spiritual hunger in Your people and draw them to fervent intercession.
Give Your people who are called by Your Name a passion to see people saved.
Pour out Your Spirit in these last days so that all will come to salvation.
In Jesus' name I pray,
Amen.

Revival is a transient affair. When you are in the middle of revival, you think the whole world will be transformed by God's sovereign work of grace. Then, the revival is over, and things are as they were before. Or worse.
Reformation, on the other hand, lasts for a century or so, and permanently redirects the course of history.
There is hope for America, because a quiet, under-the-radar reformation has been underway for several decades. It probably includes many graying Jesus Freaks who tasted the goodness of God, and wanted more. Something more durable.

Bring us to humble ourselves and pray and ask for Your forgiveness
as individuals and as a nation. Bring us back to what we should be.

Father,
Forgive my sins and forgive all of the times I have failed You.
Let each one of us sincerely and deeply repent and turn from ways that do not please You.
Give all of us revival in every sense of the Word. Renew our faith in You for all things.
Keep Your hand of protection on each of us individually and also on our nation.

Lord, it's your people repenting and humbling themselves before you in prayer that you have said in your word will cause you to heal their land. Lord forgive us, our sins as a nation are many, heal our land Lord, send us a revival across our nation that will sweep and touch every heart and life. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
