No matter who wins this election, our country will still have a myriad of problems.

A corrupt legislative branch. Executives who are paid bonuses of millions of dollars while their companies go down the tubes. Extreme stresses on our health care system. 401Ks and homes that have lost a substantial percentage of their value. A stock market riding a roller coaster.

Young people who have turned away from God, or who have never known Him. Cohabitation and one-parent homes becoming the norm. The billions of dollars spent on porn and gambling each year, and the lives torn apart by addictions to them.

I could go on and on…

America needs true revival.

Revival begins with a tiny spark. Maybe, here on Crosswalk, God wants to use us as one of those “tiny sparks.” What if dozens of us…hundreds...begin praying for revival? Will you commit to pray with me?

Thank you for the sparks of revival that are scattered across the United States—and other countries. Thank you for the ministerial alliances consisting of ministers from differing denominations who get together and pray. Thank you for the National Call to Prayer organization. Thank you for the Million Men Mission who pray for revival. Thank you for the prayer threads in this Forum that have to do with revival.

Please draw this country and other countries into a close relationship with you. Grant repentance to those who leave you out of their thinking. As we thank you for the sparks of revival, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ for full revival and transformation. Amen.

I agree with this prayer too! It God people need to repent and turn from their wick way and then God will heal this land!

2 Chronicles 7:11-20 11 When Solomon had finished the temple of the LORD and the royal palace, and had succeeded in carrying out all he had in mind to do in the temple of the LORD and in his own palace, 12 the LORD appeared to him at night and said:
"I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for myself as a temple for sacrifices.

13 "When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, 14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 15 Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place. 16 I have chosen and consecrated this temple so that my Name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.

17 "As for you, if you walk before me as David your father did, and do all I command, and observe my decrees and laws, 18 I will establish your royal throne, as I covenanted with David your father when I said, 'You shall never fail to have a man to rule over Israel.'

19 "But if you [c] turn away and forsake the decrees and commands I have given you [d] and go off to serve other gods and worship them, 20 then I will uproot Israel from my land, which I have given them, and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. I will make it a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples. 21 And though this temple is now so imposing, all who pass by will be appalled and say, 'Why has the LORD done such a thing to this land and to this temple?' 22 People will answer, 'Because they have forsaken the LORD, the God of their fathers, who brought them out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them—that is why he brought all this disaster on them.' "

II Chronicles 7:14

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Father,

Christians are beaten down and weary and might have lost their way. Sometimes I feel that way about myself. But then I remember the price Jesus paid to ransom me for eternity and I regain my focus again. If I take my eyes off Jesus, I begin to sink. Let us all stayed focused on Him.

Oh Lord, hear our prayer. America may well be in her last days without revival. Give strength to Christians so that they can get their faces out of the dust and stand up for YOU against the secular progressives that seem to be taking over our schools and colleges and government and every other segment of American life. This nation's founding fathers had an abiding faith in you and believed what Your Word said. I pray that this election will put Christians in the white house and that their will be an old fashioned revival through our land.

Lord, you are very clear in Your Word what is required in order for you to hear our prayer and heal our land. II Chron 7:14. Help us to turn from our wicked ways. Forgive us. Continue to be with us and please do not remove your protection from America.

I'm in hearty agreeiment too, in Jesus Name ... and my own country has the same needs!

Here is something else that has been brought to my attention that really grieves my heart, and I believe it must grieve the Holy Spirit also ...

These days there are many films and programs that will include a Christian or God-believer in their story - BUT - often that character turns out to be the villain, or is half-witted, or protrayed as repressed and narrow-minded. This is giving the watching public a very distorted view of what it means to believe and trust in Christ! I have been praying that God will put a stop to this false witness - it is causing more unbelief and cynicism in our nations!

Father, I pray the truth of You would prevail - that Your power and glory would be seen and understood as real, intelligent and the answers in You! Amen.

I asked you to forgive me of my sin. I pray that you will give you heart to love the sinner and open my eyes to be the daughter you want me to be.. Please forgive of my selfless.. Im definitely in agreement with the above prayers. We most definitely need a revival.
I heard that on the radio the other day, that if we could shut down like a computer and
hit Control- Alt- Delete and reboot and start over...

Yes Lord, I pray You would bring revival to this land...we need it so much! Help us as christians to be the light of the world and help us all to shine even brighter for You. Revival has to begin in us, so I pray You would cleanse us and make us clean vessels You can shine through and bring revival through. Help us to stand for Your truth and help us to live lives that would reflect You and that those around us who do not know You would desire what we have.

H E L P AMERICAN Wake up to Your call, dearest Father.

This freedom of religion and separation of church and state seems only to apply to Christians, but not Jewish, Muslim or anything else religion. What is the DEAL God, and we know the answer.

Satan is on the relentless attack against Christianity and Jesus. We should not be surprised.

Father, even raise up eloquent lawyers and Christians with courage that won't stop to fight this.

I am very direct and courageous, but NOT eloquent in the law.

We need some fabulous lawyers.

And we need YOUR BLESSINGS, the most important thing of all.

Yes, Lord. I pray in agreement with this person for our nation. Though I already know that You have heard us before we even asked, and I don't need to say how again here, I thank You in advance that it is already done.
