This was in the herald sun today (not that I often read it but happened to today). The shameful shonky award went to: 1. A chocolate flavoured alcopop 2. A sugar laden vitamin drink 3. an energy using body dryer 4. Australian egg corporation 5. Several banks Top prize goes to the Vodka Mudshake which has 4 per cent alcohol and the rest mud (or what goes in it to create the mud ) Australian Egg corporation was close behind for it's relaxed definition of free range eggs.Using massive sheds to pack their chickens in. The Airbode Luxury Body Dryer got a gig because it claims people don't have to wash and dry towels. adelaide Bank and HSBC got one for charging customers for a cheque that bounces. Glaceu Vitamin water got one for it's high sugar content. Mobile Premium Services Industry for tricking customers into buying expensive mobile ph content which they probably don't need. Citibank for reducing the interest free period on credit cards from 55 to 44 days and the Hurricane Planet Green spray cleaner for being shonky in pretending to be green.
