That sounds a little like poutine. I learned from a Canadian friend here that poutine is french fries with gravy on top (probably some cheese too, I'm not sure). I've never had it, but she tells me it doesn't taste very good. I'll take sour cream! ...but not mayonnaise!

But, to answer your question....
I've never had it, but sounds like.... "So me".
