Who here likes Matthew West? Who hasn't heard his album Something to Say or his hit single The Motions?
Matthew has alot to say.. but so do you.

I actually haven't heard the album. I have heard the song, and it's good but not all that. It kind of reminds me of a "We Are The World" type song. As for his voice, I've heard better but I've also heard worse.

I was taken to task for saying this in another thread, but mediocre music from a mediocre performer.

He is really genuine, though, and actually has good messages to portray through his songs

I have the cd. It's really good, I would definitely recommend it. Stop the World, the last song is, in my opinion, the best song off the cd. There's a part at the end where he and his daughter sing a little. It's the cutest thing ever!
