I heard about this site today on Clark Howard. rentometer.com You type in your address , how much you are paying for rent and it lets you know if you are paying at market, above market or below market for rent. But thats not all, it also shows you lower rents in your area if you are paying too much as well. Very interesting!

That was interesting. I'm at the very low end of normal for my area. I expected that. I haven't seen anything this size or in as nice a neighborhood for anything close to what I pay
