Thank ya, dsfuva. [:)] I really do like the thought of blogging on a more regular basis, as I probably do have a great deal to write about when it comes down to it. Really, it all boils down to an issue of motivation and time management and level of distraction. To say, not that I have a lot of distractions around... just that I'm easily distracted! There's fluff in my brain, and it's coming out my ears and spilling outta my mouth. No wonder I'm thirsty today! [sm=tongue.gif] Okay, so to add more. Work flew by today, as per usual. It's not the most glamourous and cozy of jobs, but I'm pretty content so long as I am kept busy. No employer likes idle hands and neither do I! I've had jobs where everything would be done. There'd be no customers, the place would have been scrubbed top to bottom, every nook and cranny, all the prep would be done, it would be no where near closing (so we couldn't do a single stitch of pre-close) and yet... yet!... we would be expected to not stand or sit around doing nothing, when there was in fact, quite literally, nothing to do. Those lulls before the dinner rush (the reason why we had to stick around even though there was nothing to do), were oft-times dreadful and they made me nervous sitting there not being productive due to nothing to be productive for, because being caught not being productive makes your boss(es) look on you with a less-than-favourable eye. Funny thing, though... that was one of the best places I've ever worked, atmosphere, coworker and food-wise. -laugh- What, my friends, have been your favourite job(s)? Share with me your fond memories, funny stories anecdotes, et cetera. Edit: P.S. - I have a crazy habit of editing long winded posts, to add more or correct something. Like I'm doing now. Any of you do that?
