my interests are: hiking, bird watching. Baseball, football, and hockey. I'm a huge sports fan. Also like working on cars and computers..

Hey! I lived in St. Louis aeons ago and attended the last grade of grade school there (8th) as well as completed high school there.
Is Bevo Mill still standing? What is it like around Bevo Mill, if it is? How is Forest (I think it was called) Park? I fell in love the first time in Forest Park on a rainy day under the trees -- well, love as I knew it then, anyway.

I'm not sure if Bevo Mill is still standing or not....It's been a while since I heard anything about it. and as far as your other question...Forest Park is great. There are always tons of stuff to do, the zoo, science center, tons of museums, etc.. a great place to visit if you are visiting St. Louis.

Oh! And the Planetarium! I loved that place! And there was a great little restaurant that only served desserts! Can't remember the name of that place.

I will likely never see St. Louis again, but it is nice that they have made these improvements! I was in the arch before they finished it, however. :-)
