It may be just me but I do not find Steve Martin funny at all. Enjoy your DVD nonetheless though. God bless you

I think the first film was absolutely hilarious. I picked part 2 up a few days ago but haven't watched it yet. I had no idea the 2nd disc has 27 Pink Panther cartoon episodes until I went to open it up. What a pleasant surprise! Steve Martin is usually pretty funny in my opinion, and I think his Inspector is brilliantly hilarious!

If you liked PP1, then PP2 is even funnier. If you didn't care for 1, then don't bother with 2. That being said, I thought 2 was hilarious! It wasn't a charming movie with one or two huge laughs, it was a charming movie with a steady stream of LOLlerskates. Slapstick, awkward but hilarious situations, British humor, puns and shades of Airplane-esque play on words... if you like this stuff, then the movie will end and you will have some sore cheeks from laughing and smiling. I only counted one very minor foul word, and there was one scene during which Lilly Tomlin's "Political Correctness Trainer" character began describing a very attractive woman in a tight blouse to see if Clouseau would be able to react properly. The result is actually really funny, but the verbal description may offend certain sheltered Christians. I would have no problems watching this with family or kids, with the slight exception of the aforementioned scene, which lasts all of 15 seconds. Thumbs up.
