Well at least you thought I was smart....not to happy you thought I was a woman though. I will have to rethink how I phrase my answers from now on to avoid that confusion.

Exactly. pruned could be either gender... and I refuse to use an avatar because I'm, well, pruned. Meaning, lots of things have been cut away, extra things I apparently didn't need. So no avatar makes a lot of sense to me.

And to make these posts finally get back on topic... if I don't use an avatar, this old dog doesn't have to learn new tricks like how to get them sized and linked, etc.

Humble, what made you think that?

I think it's automatic for me to assume the gender of the poster. Maybe it's because of how I perceive how a woman think and write vs how men think and write. I hang out in the Theology folder a lot and always wonder if the posters are male or female.

And there had been a few times that I had been mistaken for a man (before I had my pic on which I can't seem to remove because of some bug that hasn't been fixed) because I think like a man and it shows in my posts, I guess

Not saying that you don't find those qualities in men, but add his avatar to them, and his style of writing, and you'd think that he's a woman. Not that it matters. His posts were very good (for a man..he he ...sorry, just kidding)

By the way, I'm turning 41 this year (and I still look like I haven't reached my 30s yet)
