I think I'd want to know why the things in my past happened so maybe I'd learn enough to make my future better.

humility

Would you rather watch THE BIG Game with a crowd of people, or enjoy it at home with a couple of close friends?

So, I'm all ready gifted in humility, so I'll take patience.

Hey, sure looks like you can use some more humility

And you didn't ask a would you rather question....

Hey .... how did I get stuck with the restaurant tab?

I'll put a would you rather here to keep things going ...

Would you rather have thick, black, luxurious hair ... and no teeth --- or would you rather have patchy (not bald, but patchy) hair in wierd spots (like a squiggle on the top of your head and a little patch behind your left ear ... but a full-gleaming row of strong healthy white teeth?

That's what I have right now, and I'd rather want what i have...lol....thank God for orthodontists . But seriously, I'd rather have the hair and no teeth because teeth can be easily remedied, but hair? Well, wearing different wigs might be fun, but no thanks.

Would you rather be ugly or stupid? (my daughter's question)

I'd rather be ugly. That way if I was smart I could figure out how to make enough money to get plastic surgery, buy makeup and go to the salon so I could look pretty.

Would you rather sweat in the summer or shiver in the winter?

That's exactly how she answered it....I have such a smart little girl...

Sweat in the summer....I get sick when I'm cold. My temp at home is at 25 C all the time.

Would you rather be liked or respected?

That's a tough one. . . I guess I'd rather shiver in the winter. That doesn't mean though that I like winter better.

Would you rather visit Seattle or New York City?

Gotta have a full set of pearly whites. Of course, I'd prefer both, but my man's gotta have his own teeth.

Would you rather... have a beautiful face or a perfect body?

Hmmm ... I'd rather have the perfect body - if perfection is not only in form but also in health . I could use makeup for my face.

Would you rather live on the east coast of the U.S. or the west coast? (And in what city or state?)

I'd like to live on the West Coast of Florida, in St. Pete.....lol

Or the West Coast in Seattle Washington.

Would you rather live where it rained all of the time, or in the desert?

Haha, Houston can be both. And it doesn't matter what the "average" temperature or rain amount for the month is, it'll always be different the next year.

Would you rather use this smiley: or this smiley: ?

Seeing as I already have O.H. I'd have to go with patience. But then I have a daughter so I'm already learning that well.

Couple of friends (about 12 at most).

quote:

Other than the color I'd take the hair. Good teeth are easier to fake than good hair. Remember that spray on stuff? Or maybe the infamous flapping in the wind rug. Or the even tackier swirling combover. Nope. I'll take real hair.

quote:

Would you rather be ugly or stupid? (my daughter's question)

Ugly (although some would say this is a no brainer for me as I already am). Ugly can be fixed. Stupid is forever.

quote:

Would you rather sweat in the summer or shiver in the winter?

Give me the heat any day!!

quote:

Would you rather be liked or respected?

Respected. Other than a few close friends and family I don't care if people like me. In fact, knowing who I am and the giftings/tendencies God has given me, it's highly likely that most people will not like me.

quote:

Would you rather visit Seattle or New York City?

Lets see, A liberal hell on the west coast or a liberal hell on the east coast... Can't I just stay home?

OK I guess Seattle. At least it's smaller than NYC.

quote:

Would you rather... have a beautiful face or a perfect body?

Both. (But then the OH would beat the tar out of me and I'd be permanently disfigured)

Perfect Body. A face can be fixed more easily

quote:

East coast (the water is warmer). Any where from Outer Banks of North Carolina down to Daytona or so.

quote:

Would you rather live where it rained all of the time, or in the desert?

Desert. While I love the water I hate the rain. I'd much rather have snow.

What about you, Snow or rain?

Can I say neither? That is an answer.

Ok, ok, if I have to choose...I would say a cacti, and I don't know why.

would you rather be stuck in the desert, or stranded at the north pole?

Likely west coast....

I'd rather have snow anytime....I HATE rain

A redwood, I guess.

Do I get a choice on who I am stuck with...because either way, if I'm with Bear Grylls, I'd be ok . Actually, I'd prefer the desert.

Stuck in the desert, I think. At least the mirages might give me a change of pace. The north pole would be boring...I don't believe in Santa Clause anymore.

On a hot summer day, would you rather have a tall glass of sweet tea or soda?

Wow....how depressing....thanks prairie.

I would say married and widowed early on(hopefully not that early).

I think it is right along the lines of asking if you would be happier having never loved or loved and lost.

To experience the joys of marriage, maybe having a child in that marriage, though it would be extremely hard, would be better than being single forever.

Would you rather stay in...or go out?

A beautiful face....body's easy to fix.

IT depends on where we're going, but for the most part, I'd rather go out as long as it's not in a crowded place.

Ice tea...I can't recall the last time I had a soda...

I like the yellow smiley...the other one looks like an albino smiley...not that there's anything wrong with albinos, but I prefer colorful smileys...

Agreed!

As long as it wasn't a bad marriage! (I know some here have experienced them. )

Tonight? Go out. Putt-putt, Public Enemies (new movie comin' out), or karaoke (sans alcohol, of course!!). But I should stay in. Laundry. Wait... I mean that I have clothes to wash.

Most nights during the week? If I had a hubs or a hubs 'n' kidlets, stay in. I'm not one for zippin' the family all over creation all the time.

Left to myself, I'm a homebody. I get out. Just not every night. And not every week. I go in spurts of having lots to do at night during the week. (Lots of church-related activities. Or hangin' with friends. Or being with my parents, who live just 20 min. away from me.)

Not sure if anyone's done this one yet:

Would you rather take a multiple-choice test or an essay test?

Multiple choice.

Short quick answers, all I have to do is pick the right one.

I mean who wants to write out a long boring....yawn....answer to an essay.....not me.

Anyway...no I am not poking fun at you Elena
