So, He spoke the Truth to them and those who knew His voice, and had ears to hear, had their spirits and hope renewed.....

Mt 5:3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Mt 5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.
Mt 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
Mt 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
Mt 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
Mt 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.
Mt 5:10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 5:11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
Mt 5:12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

We have a shepherd now, we shouldn't be downcast, unless we are standing by watching the wolves devour our lambs....

We are blessed because we rest in the Truth that when He says, "Vengence is mine," He means it!

Hmmm... Where did this come from? Do I desire vengence against the lost, or salvation for them?

Who will speak? If no one stands up to speak the Truth, will God take His vengence on that pornographer? Strike him dead in his tracks so that he will no longer lead the sons and daughters of men into a life of shame and hell? Or, will God magically insert his Truth into the mind of that porngrapher so that he will turn from his wickedness and find salvation?

Who will speak? Who will speak the Truth to that pastor who succeeds in putting men to sleep in their comfort zone? Telling them that all is well and they are fulfilling the role God has given them, while clearly the Bible says they are not? They are NOT loving, leading, teaching, protecting, and providing for their families united in the Holy Spirit with other men who are committed to passing on the kingdom of God to their offspring.

Who will speak? When the Truth is obscured, buried, forgotten, left behind while the wolves feed lies into the minds of their offspring?

Whoever speaks will be accused of being vengeful....

IT IS GOOD NEWS FOUND IN THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD. NOT VENGENCE AND CONDEMNATION!

Mt 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Mt 28:20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Eze 3:17 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me.
Eze 3:18 When I say to a wicked man, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn him or speak out to dissuade him from his evil ways in order to save his life, that wicked man will die for his sin, and I will hold you accountable for his blood.
Eze 3:19 But if you do warn the wicked man and he does not turn from his wickedness or from his evil ways, he will die for his sin; but you will have saved yourself.
Eze 3:20 “Again, when a righteous man turns from his righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before him, he will die. Since you did not warn him, he will die for his sin. The righteous things he did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for his blood.
Eze 3:21 But if you do warn the righteous man not to sin and he does not sin, he will surely live because he took warning, and you will have saved yourself.”

Who will speak.....? Will he speak alone without others filled with the Holy spirit by his side?

First off, He is speaking to believers.....The Word is for believer's not for unbeliever's. They can not understand things that are spiritual. The Word is for exhorting, edifying, building up, teaching and rebuking.

It's all got to be done in love-not with a sledge hammer! Not to mention, it is of the utmost important we look into the mirror, examining our own selves BEFORE we go correcting others!

Other's sin, leads us to distraction, self-righteousness and condemnation because we can't bear to see ourselves for what we really are! It is so easy to look at other's sin than to focus on our own, repent and thank the Lord for our salvation!

Railing on, preaching loud, saying the "tough" stuff doesn't make us any less sinful or more righteous than another-It means we are too proud to admit our own sin and feel a whole lot better about "other" people sinning!

Thanks for exhorting me to examine myself! That is what the Word is for, so that both you and I are examining ourselves on the same page, Jesus's page.

I do not feel "a whole lot better about "other" people sinning!" I am just exhorting like you are exhorting.

The Word was given to unbelievers to bring them into a relationship with God. And to believers so that they can have a renewing of the mind and be sanctified and kept on the narrow path.

I rebuked pastors who are too afraid to preach the FULL Truth, who prefer to keep the flock content in ignorance and babies milk. You and I both know that there are many pastors just like that. So why do you seem to have a beef with me. The rest of my post is scripture. We should enjoy reading scripture because it "exhorts, edifies, builds up, teaches, and rebukes."

Now, I know I do not come across as condemning anyone, because I stated this IT IS GOOD NEWS FOUND IN THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD, NOT VENGENCE AND CONDEMNATION!

It is GOOD NEWS! But, it must be spoken in order to be heard.

Now, the Christian has a different heart. A heart that loves the Truth and is not fearful and offended by it. Jump for joy when you hear it spoken or see it written. The Truth is a sledge hammer, not me. I am just a man made from the dust of the ground.

If I lie, correct me. If I speak in error inadvertantly, correct me with the Truth. If I think it is a sledge hammer, that will be on me, not you.

Seek first His kingdom... I know there is a LOT MORE all Christians could be doing better together in the Truth.

Right on Rusty..your posts put everything in perspective..and explain fully how our societies have strayed so far away from the true word of God, we cannot call ourselves Christian societies anymore..Time to get back to the Christian values which made our societies the envy of the world. Thank you!

God bless us all

Wow! I appreciate the compliment. It is time to get back to our Christian values, but it seems the harder I try to clear a path for myself and others to get up the hill, the more the guy in the back with the fire hose blows a stream of slime and lies ahead of me so that I slip and stagger. Some of that slime gets in the eyes of those in line and blinds them....

God bless,
Rusty
