Really? I was taught a true leader is the humble servant. You must be reading a different Bible than I am; of course, you are obviously speaking from the armchair and not from personal experience.
Did Jesus apologize for what He said that upset the religious/political leaders of His age. If so, point it out! But then He was God and Sarah Palin doesn't have anywhere near those creds!
BTW, you just contradicted the propaganda the Republicans and Rush have been spewing for years; that a leader does what he thinks, not the plebian mob thinks, is right regardless of public opinion polls (IOW, the opinion of the American people).

Well, yes, exactly; no human politician does despite what our current President might think. Nonetheless, Palin hasn't apologized for her principles, so I am not sure what you are talking about.

No, a leader does what he believes is right; a leader can be wrong, and a leader can apologize, but none of this should be determined merely by what happens to be popular at the moment; it's completely consistent.
