Hello greetings to you 
Sometimes hard to find a good ministry, to teach the Gospel, People just need to observe other domination or go to few group's Bible studies, and try to find some answers or sometimes just solitude and prayer and pick a subject and that interests you about Jesus. Some ministry have challenge, but I find a few good ones and honest, and my journeys.
Matthew 16: When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
John 10: 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
A Hireling’ is a Person or Pastor, a hired shepherd, a mercenary, who tends the flock, the children of God for his own interest. When a hired shepherd sees the wolf coming he flees, not caring about the sheep.
Jeremiah 17: 14 -17 1As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow thee: neither have I desired the woeful day; thou knowest: that which came out of my lips was right before thee.
Jeremiah 2: 4 - 9 The priests said not, Where is the LORD? And they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets
Read: Jeremiah 3: 6 -25 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
Jeremiah 10: 1 -22 The priests said not, Where is the LORD? And they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.
Jeremiah 10: 17 – 25 For the pastors are become brutish, and have not sought the LORD: therefore they shall not prosper, and all their flocks shall be scattered.
Jeremiah 12: 5 -17 Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, and they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness.
They have made it desolate, and being desolate it mourneth unto me; the whole land is made desolate, because no man layeth it to heart.
Jeremiah 22: 1- 23 The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness.
O inhabitant of Lebanon, that makest thy nest in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon thee, the pain as of a woman in travail!
Jeremiah 22: 1 – 6 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.
Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.
Ephesians 4: And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

Do you think this applies only to Pastors? Or ministry leaders in general? Let's say, the church pianist and maybe the guy in the back running the sound,or the one working in the office?

I have known a few "worship leaders" that just wanted their own band and venue to play, or to launch a music career. I would definitely call them hirelings.

I was shocked once by the worship band at one church that I did not attended but had a reason to be their for a practice on their stage. (and yes, it is a stage). The worship band practiced everything. Even the corny jokes. And I always thought it was ad lib/natural. Nope. All practiced out. All the songs, monologue and jokes.

In concert type music, you can absolutely go with "canned" and pre-rehearsed dialog. In p&w, one must be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, as to what He wants said at every point.
