You need to be working with a professional therapist... it is very difficult and dangerous for us to provide advice over an internet forum.

I have suffered from all of them but right now it's compulsive eating but any one going through any of those, I would like to know how you cope?

What particular things do you compulsively eat? And to what extent?
And could I ask what your height and weight is, just to give me an idea of how things are for you.
