Yes, I like to think of it as luggage on an airliner. When you check your bags at the airport it gets a big stamp that says it's final destination. It has been pre-destined to go to Florida with you on your trip to Disney.... But that doesn't mean it always gets there. Sometimes, it gets lost or thrown off track. We have choices; God never changed that.

I never thought about the fact that even though we were predestined, it's still our choice. I've heard many christians talk about their lives predestination, as though there's no way they could not have followed Christ. What you have said here has made think maybe predestination only means we will hear the call, what we do from there is up to us.

Hmm...I wouldn't compare God to an airline! If He predestined it, it's going to happen!!!
