I just LOVE this series!!! It's about 6 books in all and is about, well, a ranger's apprentice. It has all the knightly fighting stuff with really mean bad guys. Just a few cuss words, maybe 5 at the most. And they are the tame ones. No sex or bad violence. Great for teens. :))

Never heard of it, but I'll keep half an eye open. I've been a fan of rangers for many a year.

I discovered these when book 3 came out, and promptly gobbled down all three. I haven't read the others yet, but plan to sometime when I have time. It is a very well written series (well, at least the first three books... can't speak for the rest yet). It isn't complicated at all, and serves equally well as a good, quick fantasy read for adults, or as a great way to introduce juvenile readers to the fantasy genre.
