i dont agree with the language of this show, but i have been downloading this season off torrent (i have no cable or satalite) because i wanted to see the whole seinfeld thing. and i REALLY have fallen in love with larry david's character. hes so crass. it makes me giddy :P so is anyone else able to overlook the adult situations to watch this show?

So... illegally downloading a series that is completely filthy and crass... I'm not quite sure what to say, my brotha!

theres nothing wrong with crass... its endearing to me. but filthy... eh... its a price i'll have to pay for a quasi-seinfeld reunion. i'm only downloading them on the off chance it won't be released on dvd (with seinfeld, and nbc being a very upfront part of the story this particular season... you never know how the copyright police may go with taht come next september) but if it does come out on dvd, i'd gladly buy/rent it just to offer come money for the concept. i'm a HUGE seinfeld fan... so its a no brainer to offer SOME compensation for the project (be it rent or purchase). but i had no idea how much a genius Larry David was, i knew he had a big deal to do with Seinfeld... but didnt know how big his role was till i saw the first few episodes of Curb.

Keith, hi... You're not alone - I love that show! I think the humour is very clever, and quite different to other American comedies. I don't find the bad language or adult themes funny in themselves (usually I hate that kind of thing), but the situations surrounding them I do find very funny. While I think the series is hilarious, by wife hates it - not so much because of the language or content; she just doesn't find it funny, and can't understand why I'm laughing. As a result, I rarely get the chance to watch it.
