Fritz, Shalom.

I have been fighting a bad virus for two days. It calls itself 'Green AV.' It actually got inside and apparently ate my Microsoft Malware program, and started trying to take over my hard-drive. I tried CyberDefender (didn't work), but my tech used "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" and it found Green, and hopefully killed it. I have been able to use my PC now, where before Green would not allow me to, by using all kinds of nasty alerts and such. Just to let you know.

In Messiah, Good luck.

We're aware of the problem (painfully aware *grunts in frustration*) and have our techie dudes working on a solution.

Thanks for the patience!

I consistently get sent to an error report page when trying to add pictures in the photo gallery. This is the error report:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

What to do?

I got the same thing and looked for the solution but didn't find it.

I'm getting Run-Time errors with almost every move I make. Whether it's going from forum to forum or trying to post or check my PM box.

Avatar should be able to be uploaded now.

Also we made changes to the database and with some other modifications we've made the whole time out issue should show some improvement.

I can't upload a new avatar. It keeps saying that the file size is too large. The file size is 4.27 KB and its dimensions are 137x123. Well under the max.

I'll try a different browser.

Who can fathom the workings of an internet browser.

I've also still been having problems when I come to the main page and try to go to my Inbox (with or without a notification). The main page loads, but then the Inbox won't. So I revert to X'ing out the main page, waiting 2-3 minutes, and try to load the main page again. If I do it too soon, the main page doesn't load; I might also get the main page to load, but then click on Inbox and nothing happens again, so I repeat the procedure. Just now it took me 5 goes before it would open the Inbox.

Had a heap of Runtime Errors over the past 2 days...

I also have someone on my buddy list that I didn't add.... now she's a regular poster so I'm not too worried that she's a hacker, it's just a bit freaky to have had this week with other things going on... only noticed this today and I haven't been to the member list recently so couldn't have added her by mistake...

I'm still plagued with slow loading pages and a couple runtime errors. I've gotten 3 so far when posting using the Post Reply button. (Fast Reply seems to work better.)

Twice tonight (in the last 20 minutes) I've gotten a Runtime error that has caused me to be logged out.

Edit: Make that 3 times.

Edit: Make that 4. That's it - I'm done for the evening.

On FCN portal, Next Unread Subscription just takes me back to either page that I just viewed or my forum page, instead of my next unread subscription.

This is a known bug.

When it does that to me I log out, close the browser, open new browser, log in. I think it is a cookie issue.
