Family, please pray for South Africa. 
> Right now there are marches and protests happening. Some South Africans are telling foreigners to go back to their countries, saying they’re taking jobs. But it’s mainly _black_ foreigners being targeted — not white foreigners.
> *Some businesses owned by foreigners are being shut down. Cars have been burned. Some foreigners have been beaten. Children are being chased out of schools and denied access to hospitals.
> *Not all South Africans support this. Many are against it. But a lot of people are hurting.
As Christians, remember: God commanded us to love our neighbors as ourselves. _Lev 19:34_ says _“The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself.
Let’s pray for peace, protection for the vulnerable, and for hearts to choose love over hate. We are only visitors on earth for a short time, and we will give an account to Him.

personally im too far away both literally and figuratively, to know what the truth about this is. i have not looked into either side, and this is the first ive heard of it. not something i can feel i know the truth about. but still i have prayers at your request, that address it the best i can. thanks for sharing and caring!

thanks for sharing a charity to support, i have not looked into it but maybe someone else will. i get concerned about charities pocketing more for themselves than is reasonable. a business presenting themselves as a charity for the littlest they can get away with actually using to directly help someone. very wary of that. its easier in person where i can ask the person in charge face to face about what they collect money for etc. just taking the opportunity to share myself. but yeah, either way, hope that charity is a good one!!
