First you need to decide are you dependant upon alcohol?  
If it is the reason for your mistakes or you cannot live without a drink?  
Then you need to seek help.  
Once that is decided you need to apologise to your husband and to who ever else you have offended with both words and the real actions that you are going to change your behaviour.

If the menopause is causing mood swings or a need for alcohol seek medical help.

Talk to your friends at church, they will have or be going through these problems and can offer advice.

For response Alcohol was not mentioned ? And I feel your comment was lil harsh , said made mistake, and for who ever replied insinuating reaching out to alcohol for menopause statement not Christian like. , I therefore seen of no support , as a Christian. I will never post prayer request again. And reach out to crosswalk staff
