There was pain in the shoulder one day, and I experienced excruciating pain for seven days, prompting me to rush to the hospital. After an X-ray, the results indicated no fracture or break. Upon returning home later that evening, I sat down and told my daughter that I could feel droplets of water dripping on my shoulder; the water gathered at one end of my shoulder, remained there for a few minutes, then moved to the middle of my shoulder where it stayed for another few minutes before moving to the back of my neck, where it also lingered for a few minutes before disappearing. I had previously offered a prayer to our Lord Jesus Christ, though I was not engaged in prayer when this occurred; this suggested to me that our Father in heaven does not wish for his child to endure pain.

God meets us in ways we don’t always expect, and sometimes His tenderness shows up like that, quiet, specific, unmistakable. I’m so glad your pain lifted. It reminds me that even when we’re not actively praying, He still hears the prayers we’ve already offered.
he gets when we struggle, for real. almost died of hanging, and just days after i prayed for him to forgive me for almost destroying the life he created, my meds were ready to refill, i marked 4 months of being clean from addictions, and i was handed a promise ring. they’re all small, but enough to prove to me that he cares, and hears me.
Congrats. Well done. Now that Christ opened the cell and you walked out, remember where it is and do not walk back in. No matter how comfy or fun it may look on the outside.
“When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order.”
That is where you are right now. Or at least you started.
“Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So also will it be with this evil generation.” Matthew 12:43-45
