I’ve been trying to get a home modification for over a year and the mortgage company keep denying it due to not enough income. My husband cannot work due to having several strokes and I’m on disability, my son is helping but it’s just not enough. I don’t know what to do or where to turn for help. I’ve been in this house for a long time and it could have been paid off but we made so many mistakes and now we owe more than we paid for the house. I don’t have any more tears and I am truly afraid
