Please pray for us as we grieve the loss of our son. May we find comfort and peace in this he days ahead. Show us ways to give support and strength to our family members as they grieve. Bless our daughter-in-law as she faces the days ahead.

What a terrible, terrible circumstance Judy. May you know God’s presence with you as you grieve. The shadow valley is a hard place to be, but a place we need to venture if we are to heal. Praying for you and your daughter in law.
Lord God,
We know Lord that all our days are written in your book and ordained by you, but death does not come easy especially for those of us left behind. I ask that you sustain this family as they walk the road of grief. Help them to let the sorrow out without breaking them down. Grant that they stay near you, and find comfort in you. The day will come when the grief they’re in now will fade. The passage of time is your gift to us. But in the meantime, keep them close to your heart and be for them what they need. This is what I ask in Jesus name. Amen
