I will pray for you. I hope you stand strong against the adversary

May I ask whether you suffer from OCD?

Or whether you have been diagnosed with having ‘ obsessive thoughts ‘ ?

These are thoughts that seem to be yours but want you to do, say or think things that do not reflect your beliefs.

May I recomend that you seek professional help and that you read point 4 of this link:-

4. Always try hard to agree with all obsessive thoughts

Never analyze, question, or argue with them. The questions they raise are not real questions, and there are no real answers to them. Try not to get too detailed when agreeing — simply say the thoughts are true and real.

5. Don’t waste time trying to prevent or not think your thoughts.

This will only have the opposite effect and lead to thinking more thoughts. Studies have shown that you cannot effectively stop or push down particular thoughts. Your motto should be, “If you want to think about them less, think about them more.”
