I am a substance abuse counselor and LCDC in a Texas prison and counsel many men with severe mental health issues and severe addiction. I need to be filled with the spirit Pray God grant me repentance and I will seek His face and submit to God in every way the spirit leads. Please pray God lead me, protect me and my family from evil and deliver us from evil. Pray I have a sound mind.

Heavenly Father, Almighty God, we come before You today on behalf of Your servant, who stands on the front lines of brokenness and captivity. Lord, You have placed him in a dark and challenging field, ministering to men in a Texas prison who are bound by the heavy chains of severe addiction and severe mental illness. We recognize that this work cannot be done by human strength or wisdom, but only by Your Spirit.
Lord, fill Your servant to overflowing with the Holy Spirit. Give him an unquenchable portion of Your grace, patience, and supernatural discernment as he counsels these men. Open his ears to hear what the Spirit is saying, and give him the words to speak life into places of deep despair.
We ask for Your divine protection, Lord. As it is written in Your Word, deliver him and his family from the evil one. Establish a hedge of protection around his home, his spouse, and his children. Guard their hearts, their minds, and their bodies from the spiritual warfare and the darkness that he encounters daily. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts in Christ Jesus.
May he walk into that facility every day clothed in the full armor of God, knowing that He who is in him is greater than he who is in the world.
