The imagination is a powerful tool. It can be used to convince oneself that they are of the opposite sex. It can also be used to convince one that they are a furry animal or a historical character. These imaginings can be a powerful prison. However, there is hope when delusion encounters reality that a small opportunity can open for the deluded to consider reality. Being available to counsel those wounded by reality might be the only opportunity to find truth.
This can be somewhat similar to the person who thinks he is a high flying executive with an unlimited future. If he is laid off, broke, and friendless, he may be open to hearing truth.
What happens when a person is genetically XXY or higher variations of Chromosomes. Technically their body was made with a blending of genetics. And this can be verified with a Karyotype test. So now what? I frankly see everyone as being a Chemistry experiment that is called life, and we are poured into a vessel that houses us. We are given this vessel and within the chemistry of it we have to adjust to life and using our knowledge and understanding work within the world to promote the creator’s wishes. So maybe people are trans, they still need to work within the guide God set forth. Maybe their genetics results in them being scientifically trans, they still have the choice to walk with God. Should they not be walking with God but exercising debauchery against God this is where I think the who Tran movement breaks down. Often it is used as a justification to be defiant and to warrant some sort of authority over others because they claim to have been victimized. However, often victimization was a result of the very debaucherous conduct. There is no escaping God, even if you are defiantly in public in private you will wrestle with him.

No, it does not make one trans. However, yes, they still do and will have to answer to God. He does not make mistakes. You are what you are. In those rare cases, I guess that would be between them and God, not dancing naked in public, competing in opposite sports, or invading bathrooms and locker rooms. Most need to seek mental health assistance. All need Jesus.
