# I'm worried. Please pray

Please pray that my blood pressure is at a safe level today so I can come home right after my appointment with no hospitals, tests or anything. Please ask God to keep my anxiety down if it is His will. I ask in the name of Jesus. Thank you for praying and God bless you. Carmen

Carmen, I’m praying right now that your blood pressure reads safe today and that you walk out of that appointment and head straight home. When the worry starts to rise in the waiting room, hold onto this: “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy” (Psalm 94:19). The Lord is with you in that room, and you are not carrying this alone.
