That might be the natural reaction to encountering God’s power:
Eze 1:28 … This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
Then, one verse later, there is the supernatural command:
Eze 2:1 And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.
Eze 2:2 And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.

I feel it has to do with violence and violent death or a receiving of violence that your like dead inside. 
and the violence is undeserved you cannot change it . It’s devastating . God is supernatural so the slain in the spirit and as is above so it is below . This is not something you should seek. Their is a time were God will speak to the spirit before evil . And at times a soul the spirit knows but cannot remember and then these things happen you will fall to the ground as you have seen God and evil and your soul suddenly knows you will collapse this is what some are trying to recreate you cannot . It’s hard to explain but it is evil and God I’m not saying God did evil I’m not saying that I can’t answer for God or even this but this is my interpretation of a very serious subject. Even right now I will probably pray for the rest of the week it’s such a serious subject . And slain is serious and these things aren’t to be a spectacle I feel but I’m glad they some religions are trying to discuss it it is so mysterious but slain is not a happy occasion that could be considered a mockery in my opinion but again how do you talk about and approach such a subject . Jesus you know I don’t think they should make Gods words or slain into fun as Jesus is important to God many who loves God knows this . I hope I made some sense it’s hard subject and to piece it together as I know it. I do feel God knows everything but it’s not for us to say why these bad things happen and the Bible talks about being separate as in it’s not healthy to contemplate why these bad things bad is happening the mysterious is Gods and slain is scary scary evil and it exists do not fool yourself that their is no very bad evil their is evil. It speaks on so many levels that violence Giod cares the Ten Commandments are not a joke it is all connected and important and I feel this is were forgiveness comes in. God want you to forgive him if you are slain not necessarily others as God believes vengeance is his their is something amiss with the wording of the Lord’s Prayer I bet you anything the Vatican has a different version a powerful version locked up in secret. We belong to God slain or not we belong to God if you are slain remember that the commandments and everything fits together do not give yourself to evil , forgive God . I pray for anyone it’s just devastating upsetting I pray they do not let evil take them even though they may see it differently that’s what may in fact happen. Evil is very sneaky even in victim situations and attempts to take that person get it. Spiritual abuse is so dangerous
There are many cases of people getting on the ground because of the power of God in the Bible (Daniel, John and others). It is a genuine experience. The thing is people desire to experience the power of God and often start manufacturing false experiences. This is common for people learning to walk in the Spirit but needs to be guided and corrected by the mature in the meeting. A big problem is most churches do not follow proper biblical meeting process and organization, also church ministries structure and functions are not biblical in most churches.
@Nadala That’s a really complex post you’ve shared, and many of the ideas in it are not actually found in the Bible.
For instance, the phrase “as above, so below” isn’t biblical and is typically associated with occult or esoteric traditions. Also, the concept of needing to forgive God or believing there’s a secret version of the Lord’s Prayer locked away by the Vatican isn’t supported by scripture. The Bible teaches that God is just and perfect, and that His word is complete and accessible to everyone.
I did find what you said interesting. Would you care to elaborate?

If you read properly and carefully the Bible, today’s churches do not have the structure, the ministries, the function and the financial system shown in the bible and that is why there are so many problems and hardship in operating church and to have actual godly fruits/results. This is topic can be a long discussion. I may start a new separate topic about the church.
Most of the churches operate on historically inherited structures and ministries from a few hundred years ago and are far from the Biblical model.
