Hiya I am on a mission to make Clean Water A Human Right
I am not saying I am going to succeed but it’s worth a try.
Here are some things about Jesus and God related to water.

Jesus turns water into wine.

Jesus walks on Water.

When Jesus’s side is pierced with the spear on the cross water comes out.

When Jesus is thirsty instead of clean water he is given a sponge soaked in vinegar. The cruelty of man :frowning:

You are Baptised with water as was Jesus.

Jesus describes himself as the living water.

God provides Abrahams son with a well when he is thirsty in the desert.

It is recorded in Exodus 17:1-7 and Numbers 20:1-13, where God instructs Moses to strike the rock at Horeb, resulting in water flowing out for the people to drink

It would help if you identified the wateraid charities you are planning on working with and those you think are a waste of space, together with your reasons for your choices.

Hiya Who me :slight_smile: That’s what my next post was going to be :slight_smile: To be honest none of the charities I am listing I think are a waste of space. As long as all the money is all going to charity I think they are all good :slight_smile: x My main focus is charities that provide solutions to water problems but I think Smile train who give operations to children for cleft Pallets in poorer parts of the world and Sightsavers are good charities also :slight_smile:

Both WaterAid and UNICEF are Great Charities

UNICEF does loads of good work. Not only helping children in Africa and poorer countries but in disasters and war zones. UNICEF is helping in Sudan and Gaza.

Jesus Tells the story of the Good Samaritan to remind us of the importance of helping others.

These charities offer various ways to contribute to water well projects, ensuring that clean water reaches those in need.

A Well doesn’t just provide clean water to drink. Clean water is essential for hygiene ( Girls and women on their periods )and stops children having to walk miles to the nearest water source and forgo an education.
Save the children is another great charity :slight_smile:

This is a bit controversial
Would Jesus if he returned melt down all the Gold in the Christian Church and give it to charity ?
To pay for operations for cleft pallets, sight saving operations etc
Is this why Jesus was a carpenter, Would the Christian church have wooden replacements ?
Wood or would.
This is a bit interesting if you add E to carpenter you have an anagram of CARE REPENT
