We’re an older couple, in our 2nd marriage of 21 years, with grown children from previous marriges. We moved 7 years ago to be with his family and recently moved back to my hometown to be with my family, where I have an elderly mother and children and grandchildren. He recently announced he does not like or want to be here and wants to move again to be closer to his family. I understand the tug of the family heartstrings and his desire to see his grandchildren also. We don’t have the financial ability to live in 2 places and he does not like to fly and it’s a long way by car because and we live quite a distance now from his children.
I do not want a separation or divorce but I don’t want to leave my family now that I finally made it back home. When he sets his mind to do something he will do it no matter what. Please pray God give us a solution that leads to togetherness and peace. Thank you Lord for your faithfulness in this matter. Amen
