my beloved can't live because he was murdered; i can't live because if i eat i'm drugged

me and my Ken had not one asset. only a few clothes. we want to serve the Lord, be in His presence and with one another. low income ‘housing’. fine. Then, low and behold, we were incessantly stalked and threatened. For what? we had nothing, and never did. Ken is very long-suffering, lowly of heart, humble, unstained by the world. constant threats and lies about each other battering our heart and soul by people we hardly knew from the past - who seemed to be normal acquaintances. i can’t live because: constant drugged with methamphetamine → the ONLY way to avoid is not to eat or drink. (I don’t drink alcohol, do drugs, smoke; have been celibate for 25 years) Ken had it worse - they threatened him to his face. I was daunted, backed off, put prayed incessantly. and then… lowly Ken… was MURDERED.

First, welcome @37maridon. Glad you found us. I pray for you in this seemingly horrible situation. I hope you may find some comfort and some answers here.

Father, I know you heal the brokenhearted, and you are the defender of the defenseless. I lift up this weary soul to You. You see every tear they have shed, and You know the exact weight of the grief they are carrying. They wanted nothing more than to live simply, to serve You, and to be in Your presence. Lord, their heart and soul have been utterly battered by malice, lies, and terrifying violence. I pray that You wrap them in Your supernatural peace right now. Be their refuge and their fortress when the world feels entirely unsafe. In the midst of this overwhelming trauma, let them feel the truth of Your closeness. Let them know that You are near to those who are crushed in spirit. Give them comfort and the strength they need both in this time and always, in Jesus name, Amen!

While praying with and for you is a profound way to honor their faith, I feel you also need urgent physical safety and professional support. If you are in immediate danger, please contact 988. There is nothing wrong with seeking professional help. May God be with you.
Peter
