I, Randy Justin Frederick of Canton, Ohio, currently Las Vegas, Nevada ask for prayer for deliverance of my mind, mouth, tongue, lips, breath, nostrils, nose, communication, and eye, I ask evil in each are binded and God’s power is loosed upon each, and strongholds broken.

I ask for my punishment from attacking evil in mine own zeal to end.
