Hello, I request prayers of healing for a tiny feral kitten that I rescued from the roadside. I took him to the emergency vet where he’s been for two days and his blood sugar just won’t regulate itself and they won’t release him until that’s under control control. I request prayers for financial help with a way to pay for his vet bill. It’s already almost $5000. I don’t have that kind of money. I will have to max out my credit cards but even then I don’t know how I’m going to make the payments on those cards. Things are so tight already. The vet said a pretty heartless statement to me that no good deed goes unpunished, but I don’t believe that I believe I was meant to save that kitten and I would do it again even knowing now that it would put a financial burden on me, please pray for me and the little kitten.
My heart truly goes out to you and that precious little kitten. 
What you have done is an act of compassion, and please do not allow anyone’s words to make you feel that your kindness was a mistake. I truly believe that a heart moved by compassion is never wasted in the eyes of God.
The words you were told, “no good deed goes unpunished,” may have been painful to hear, but I choose to believe something different with you: God sees every act of love, every sacrifice, and every tear. You saw a helpless little life by the roadside, and instead of turning away, you chose to help. That says something beautiful about your heart.
I am praying for complete healing for this tiny kitten. May the Lord touch his little body, regulate his blood sugar, strengthen him, and give wisdom and guidance to every person caring for him. “The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.” — Psalm 145:9. I pray that God’s tender mercy will rest upon this little creature and that he will recover and be released into your loving care.
And I am also praying earnestly for you and the financial burden you are carrying. Almost $5,000 is a heavy and frightening amount, especially when things are already tight, but nothing is too difficult for God. “With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” — Matthew 19:26.
May the Lord make a way where you cannot yet see one. May unexpected help come, may doors open, may the right people be moved to assist you, and may God provide for this bill without allowing this act of compassion to become a burden that overwhelms you. “And my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19.
Please hold on to your faith. You may not understand yet how everything will work out, but the God who saw you stop for that tiny helpless kitten also sees the situation you are facing now. I truly believe kindness matters, compassion matters, and God sees what others may overlook.
I will be joining my faith with yours and praying for healing for the little kitten, peace and strength for your heart, and a miraculous provision for the financial burden. May this little life be a testimony of God’s mercy, and may you look back on this difficult moment one day and see how God carried you through it.
