Holy Father God I am standing in need of relief from increasing and almost debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. I don’t know where these are coming from and I have sought medical help to medicate them away but still they persist. Father they come at all times even when I’m busy or when I’m resting. I’m not suicidal but I honestly understand now how people reach a place where they are. Please Father fill me with your peace and remove whatever is the origin of these attacks whether it is physical, spiritual or mental. I believe You are aware of these episodes and the increase of them, I stand in need of Your healing and and I praise Your holy name in anticipation of Your blessing. Amen
