for reaching out for others for prayers and help!! I feel for you, and I understand some what you are going through, because I have a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder, and other disorders, too. I am currently under a doctor’s care, and I take medicines for my disorders and they are helping me stay more stable and more balanced. I am not saying that you should be taking medicines, but if your depression effects your daily life and you are having troubles coping, maybe you could consider getting help, but please pray about this before you make a decision for wisdom, guidance, and strength. Even though I need to take medicines, I still rely on mostly Trusting God for someone to turn to when I am feeling overwhelmed!
