**Title: Should Companies Be Allowed to Use AI Voices Without Telling Us?**

Artificial intelligence can now generate voices that sound remarkably human. Businesses can use them for customer service, advertisements, videos, and even telephone conversations.

Imagine calling a company and having a conversation with what sounds like a real person, only to discover later that you were speaking with AI.

Should companies be required to tell customers when they’re interacting with an AI-generated voice? Or does it matter as long as the service works well?

I think AI is ok, for helping a company answer common questions and even take complaints; however, I truly believe that there should be a disclosure of the fact that it is AI and not mimicking a Human. I often ask if I think it is AI, or I say something “off script,” to see how it responds. You can usually tell. But they are getting smarter.

Be blessed, be a blessing.
