Hi Everyone! I submit a quick post to introduce myself (Hi! I’m Calrue) and say “thank you” for accepting me into the group. I’m a 66 year old male strong in my faith who lives life day by day giving thanks to the Lord for all he does for me daily. With God’s blessings, I am planning on retiring this coming October 2026 and have recently started a YouTube channel as a way of giving back. It is a spirituality channel where I share thoughts geared towards Christian men who might find value in it. The end goal is for me to provide value to the viewer from experiences and perspectives I’ve gained throughout my 66 years of life. We have a men’s group who meet every week for two hours, and this has become really valuable for us.
We have used “Every man a warrior”, and we are currently planning to start a new course; “Freedom in Christ”. Do you know any of these?

I am also new here and trying to find my way. Thank you for your good messages - you invite people in a good way 
I have been reading Daily Prayer for a couple of years now. This year 2026 I started writing down the prayer and the scripture verse; applying a short commentary about the meaning of it in my life. As I have struggled in effective praying rather than a to do list, this has helped my prayers to be more meaningful and honest with God and it is amazing as I interact with friends and family, how I am able to recall the verse to help and encourage them as they too struggle in this life. I could not do this without the help and boldness of the Holy Spirit within me. Thank you Lord.
