While Allah is the correct linguistic translation for the title “God,” in Arabic, the Bible establishes that God’s unique, revealed proper name is different. In Hebrew, there is a strict distinction between a title (like Elohim, which means “God” or “Mighty One” and can occasionally be applied to false gods or angels) and His sacred personal name. When God met Moses at the burning bush in Exodus 3:14, Moses asked for His name. God did not say Eloah. He revealed His personal, covenant name: יהוה, transliterated as YHWH, often pronounced Yahweh or referred to as the Tetragrammaton. God explicitly states: “This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations” (Exodus 3:15).
Therefore, from a strict biblical theology standpoint, Yahweh is the specific, revealed proper name of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Allah is a linguistically valid Semitic title meaning “The God,” matching the biblical Eloah or Elah, but it is not the explicit personal covenant name revealed to the prophets in the Hebrew text.

God is beyond time and space, we can only know him if he makes himself known.
It is our task to examine the many competing claims to see which is not just valid, but actual fits with the known facts.
To short circuit the process look at how the different claims expect the seeker/worshipper to behave?
Every religion except Christianity requires the seeker/worshipper to act, to make themselves worthy of gods attention.
Only Christianity says you cannot, by your efforts please God, you have to be humble enough to say sorry and accept the forgiveness and resitution that God through Jesus gives you.
If you are truely seeking God, re read this and think about it and ask God to confirm it.

Neither. I have learned MUCH in my 75 years!
No, no, no. The word “Church” as written in the New Testament comes from the Greek term “ekklesia.” “Ekklesia” is formed from two Greek words meaning “an assembly” and or “called out ones.” The word Church is another way of saying, “Family of God.” “Children of God.” “Adopted ones.” “Anointed ones.” A Church is the people. Not the brick and mortar building with a steeple and stained glass windows. But simply, the people.
“that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.” Ephesians 1:20-23
“And gave him.” Who is Him? Jesus. “To be the head over all things to the church.” What is “The Church?” " Which is his body." Simply put, the Church is a group of believers, but more importantly, Saved Ones, or those God has called out. Those whom He sent the Holy Spirit to for Adoption, and those who have accepted the Adoption and have become Children of God.
Many interpret Jesus’s Statement to Peter, “And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:18 as Jesus appointing Peter as the First Pope. We know this not to be true as Peter brought the message of the Resurrection to the Jews, and it was Paul, whom Jesus commissioned to be the one to bring the message of the Resurrection to the Gentiles. So what was Jesus really talking about? Here is the exchange…
“Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus said, “thou art Peter.” However, read the next very carefully. Jesus said, " and upon this rock." Was Jesus calling Peter the Rock? Or was Jesus calling Peter’s deceleration that Jesus is the Christ, and the only way to Salvation? Notice Jesus did NOT say, Peter, you are THE Rock I will build my Church on. He said
“Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”
So what is the Rock? The Only way to Salvation. Jesus, the Resurrection. The Adoption. The deceleration that Jesus IS Lord. Just like Peter, anyone who shall confess, Jesus is Lord, is part of the Church.
You see, without that cornerstone. Without that foundation. All you have is man-made traditions called religion. You cannot be adopted into the Family of God without first believing in the Rock. The Way, The Truth, and then you get The Life.
Jesus also told us,
" For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20
So if we take this as fact, then we must understand that two or more are more powerful and are more Holy than just one.
“Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:22-25
In simple terms, we are to come together as a family. We are to encourage each other. Comfort each other. Strengthen each other. We are to mourn together. Laugh together. Celebrate together. And yes, even to keep each other in check. To help keep each other from falling. The areas you may be strong in, I may be weak. The areas you are weak in, I may be strong. We are to gather together to lift each other.
We are the Church. We are the body. When we come together, we are to celebrate the resurrection and The Life. Celebrate God. It is not supposed to be a choir. It is not meant to be something you are forced to do. God couldn’t care less about your following of man-made traditions.
If you are attending a Church that seems to you to be run more as a corporation than a celebration, then I pretty much just have one word for ya. Run. Never go back there. If your Pastor is not teaching you the Word of God, run. If your Pastor is more interested in what you are putting in the offering, and if you are eating meat on Fridays, then he is about the condition of your soul? RUN!
We are to come together and learn the Truth according to God. Not Man. We are to “Provoke one another unto love”, and “let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” If your “Church” is not doing this, you are in the wrong place.
You really cannot go it alone. You need your family. You need to grow in faith and the Word. You and everyone else need the church.

Is it a 3 piece God or actually ONE God!
After the one only God came on earth, via His Son, who was born of HIm, and made His Human Divine, then the Divine is present in the form of Person, or Complete Man, and the name of that God is the Lord Jehovah the Saviour Jesus Christ, for in Him the Divine and Human was made one.
@TheQuestion, I suggest that you read and re-read the Gospel of John, which makes it very clear that there are three Persons in the one God. The rest of the Bible has the assumption that God is one God, but the New Testament clarifies that truth by saying that same one God is mysteriously three Persons. I could quote the Gospel of John for you, but this post would get a little too long! 
Deu 6:4 "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:2 He was in the beginning with God.
John 1:3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John_10:30 I and the Father are one."
John 14:26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
