When the battle gets fierce, I reach for James 4:7 — Submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Short. Punchy. Devil-repellent. Sometimes the best offense is a good, holy nope. ---

Greetings in the Lord Jesus Christ, Fritzpw, It is God who will cause us to triumph in Victory THROUGH Christ Jesus.(reference: 2 Corinthians 2:14, 1 Corinthians 15:57, Deut.20:4, 2 Chronicles Chapter 20) Ephesians 6:10-18 (I did some paraphrasing, but the message is the same) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the WHOLE ARMOUR of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to STAND. Stand therefore, having your heart filled with TRUTH, and knowing that our RIGHTEOUSNESS comes from the Lord Jesus Christ and ALL He has done. Get saturated in God’s peace with the Prince of Peace our Lord Jesus Christ. Above all, taking the Shield of FAITH (keep your heart fixed on Jesus because He said in Mark ch.11:22 - Have Faith in God) Take the helmet of Salvation (saved by grace) Take the Sword of the Spirit which is the WORD of God. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all Saints. When we take the fight to God it then becomes HIS fight and HE will show up in the battle, someway and somehow in Jesus name, amen.
