The Bible talks about many different gifts and callings. Some people teach, some serve, some encourage, some lead, some show mercy, and others work behind the scenes.

Why do you think God chooses to work through such a variety of gifts instead of giving everyone the same strengths?

The diversity of gifts given to true believers fully equips genuine local churches to serve and glorify God (consider Ephesians 4 and the teaching in 1 Corinthians).

We are unique what bothers me more is others attempts to put everyone the same, something wrong with them or they to take someone else’s gift and it always fails miserably but ok. When everyone uses their unique gifts life works correctly society flourishes God has all bases and problems covered in us

I don’t think anyone could handle having all the gifts.

I think that God gives different believers different spiritual gifts, @ellenvera, to fit the needs of people who need their help or teaching.

For example, when I was a pastor after being an English teacher and then a sales manager, God gave me the spiritual gifts of preaching (prophecy) and teaching.

Now that he has sent me into retirement from church ministry for the last 17 years, he has switched “gears” to give me the spiritual gift of creativity through writing for my fourth career.
