Hi, I grew up in an outreach ministry environment that sought to put Matthew 25 into action–feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, visiting the imprisoned–living out the words of our Lord: ‘Truly I say to you, whatever you did for one of the least of these My brothers, you did it for Me’ (Matthew 25:40).

It was not a path for the fainthearted and stood in sharp contrast to the structure and rhythm of typical local church worship.

My passion lies in hermeneutics, with a particular focus on the biblical languages-Hebrew and Koine Greek-so that I may rightly divide the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15) and discern the meaning as it was originally given."
