Accomplishments and Praises from 2025

I’ve seen lots of videos of people sharing things they accomplished in 2025. Buying a home, moving to a new city, reading the Bible in a year, getting sober, having a baby, getting married, leaving an abusive relationship, getting a raise or promotion, walking every day, landing a dream job, sticking with resolutions, trying a new hobby, etc. Big and small things! I thought it would be a cool testament to see everyone’s accomplishments, little wins, or answered prayers from the past year. Let’s cheer each other on and celebrate together!

Love this new category. I try to be thankful, and I mean truly thankful for everything. My last breath to my next. From life to life everlasting. It took me a long time to realize that we should be thankful for little things.

One I am most thankful for, and I’m not stroking egos here, but this forum. I thank God for leading me here. For the people I have “met,” and the community that is here to be with those who may not be able to go to church, or have the ability to meet in person, and learn from fellow children of God. I will always do my best to participate. I can’t guarantee I’ll have all the answers, but I’ll give it my best shot to help you.

I love this idea… It’s so encouraging to see others celebrating both the big milestones and the quiet little victories God has carried us through this year.

I’ve accomplished a few goals in 2025 too…some big, some small, all meaningful.

A lot of them were health and wellness-related. I ran a few 5Ks and finally took control of my health in a serious way. I’m down almost 30 pounds, but more than the number, I just want to be here and strong for my family. I’ve got a husband, four kids, and two dogs who rely on me, so this year has been all about getting healthier… cutting carbs, adding protein, and running constantly.

I’ve also let go of some anger I’d been holding onto and learned to accept certain situations for what they are. And by God’s grace, I was able to reconcile with an estranged family member, something I honestly wasn’t sure would ever happen.

The Lord has given me so much to be thankful for in 2025. My children are the biggest gift of all… and I thank God for them every single day, even when they’re driving me completely crazy in all their different stages. :joy::heart:

Excited to read everyone else’s accomplishments and celebrate together!

I am thankful for many things. Even though I do not have any family left I am grateful for the little things. God has given me more than enough.
