Please help me pray for my heart, mind, and desires to align to what God has for my daughters and I. I want what He wants for us. Thank you.
What you seek, a change of heart, is a holy request.
”Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10
God said.
“And I will give them one heart, and a new spirit I will put within them. I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh,” Ezekiel 11:19
This is not something that you should ever think is out of reach. Along with praying for a new heart, pray also for wisdom.
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.” James 1:5

Praying that you would have your heart, mind, and desires submitted to God’s Will. I also find it helpful to remember in these situations that God’s Will is not some vague, hard-to-figure-out thing, but rather, it is staying in his Word and staying in prayer. Often, it is as simple as that. He will lead you from there.
